Propiconazole 14.3 is the best value systemic fungicide. Use it at the first sign of brown patch or dollar spot. For prevention, rotate with Azoxystrobin to prevent resistance. The big-box options (DiseaseEx, BioAdvanced) work fine if you prefer granular.
